CANCELLATION PENALTIES

Cancellation penalties apply based on the date the cancellation is received. The penalty amount will increase as the departure date approaches and may reach up to 100% of the total trip cost. The current cancellation schedule is as follows:

19FEB28 — 25%
26FEB28 — 50%
19MAR28 — 75%
18APR28 — 100%

These penalties are based on the total trip cost and apply per person unless otherwise stated. Please review all cancellation terms carefully before confirming your reservation.

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance due to the vendor's very strict cancellation policies. This is to confirm that you are aware of the cancellation penalties as described above on this page and that travel insurance is available for purchase to protect against cancellation penalties due to unforeseen MEDICAL reasons.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

It is the traveler's responsibility to determine the correct deposit amount. The deposit will be processed for the minimum amount required to secure the booking unless otherwise indicated by the traveler. Naturally, you can give your agent a call with any question.
